Born in the "ISLA DEL ENCANTO", Puerto Rico. Wanda was raised in an environment of professional parents who contributed to the development of four daughters. She was motivated by her father with his talent as a merchant to carry out successful businesses, through values, vision, and defined missions.
The academic experiences of Wanda started with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations from the Sacred Heart University in Puerto Rico. Passionate and committed to helping and collaborating with socioeconomic action projects in Puerto Rico, she completed a Master of Education focused on Non-Profit Organizations Management, from Cambridge College in Boston, MA. She collaborated in several non-profit organizations as a member of the Board of Directors and acting as leader, in the Development and Public Relations Committees for the benefit of the homeless population.
Wanda has an outstanding professional career of more than 30 years, in sales, customer service, marketing and public relations. Developing strategic actions aiming in creating links, relationships and communication between the different professional groups and institutions in the public and private sectors in Puerto Rico.
Committed to a vision of helping and collaborating with her clients to achieve real estate investments goals, she has held the real estate license in Puerto Rico and Florida for the last 18 years.
In 2016, she was relocated to Miami, Florida. In her eagerness to serve, she volunteered in a hospice company for patients in the last stage of life. Later, she became the Coordinator of Volunteer Services, where she developed and established the Volunteer Services Program at Compassionate Care Hospice-Amedisys in Miami.
Bilingual and passionate about real estate, she developed a path of helping others by serving her clients in Florida and Puerto Rico, guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives… A HOME.
